Full Life is a staffing agency that hires nurses (DSPs) to work for residential homes and care facilities. It started of with just a small handful of employees but then exploded into a bustling company with over 100 employees. As staffing agencies usually operate, they provide nurses to facilities to give adequate care to seniors and developmentally challenged individuals.
My story was in the back end, initially setting up interviews with potential candidates, calling people who might want to get involved, and distributing flyers around town. It was a bit busy bit nothing IĀ couldn't handle. The next summer I got involved with their marketing team and started integrating myself into their Meta, Indeed, and Zip Recruiter advertising campaigns.
Full Life gave me to opportunity to do ads management with their company, and learn about industry trends and targeting options for paid social advertising. I worked with the CEO, Rachel Bloom, who asked me for help getting this company off the ground. She realized there was a shortage of nurses in this industry and wanted to help companies find potential candidates, fast, easy, and inexpensively.
