About Techtronic Industries

Techtronic Industries (TTI) is a company that designs, manufactures, and sell products in the home improvement/construction industry. I worked for them in Portland, Oregon as an intern for a summer. It was an incredible opportunity to get experience in the sales/customer service role. I was also involved in small marketing products including presentations, and product creation. Here are some of the tasks I accomplished while working there:

• Established and gave in-store product demonstration and educational sessions for managers, store associates, and customers.
• Utilized employee relations to increase brand awareness and sales.
• Produced and led demo and sales events.
• Managed overall year-to-date sales volume of $2,781,297.
• Closed a large individual sale of $2,306 which included Milwaukee tools, batteries, and other accessories.
